The hubs and I shared a last hoorah on Sunday.

We, like a bad cliche, have decided to eat better (aka. "eat less")
and hopefully drop some pounds.
Why do I share this with you?
Because, now I have said it out loud and
maybe that will help.
Shame goes a long way, right?
